Amazon Europe recently announced that it has launched the SAFE-T claim service for Customer Service by Amazon orders, allowing sellers to claim refunds issued by Amazon. Specifically, according to the SAFE-T claims service launched by Amazon Europe, sellers will not be financially responsible for these refunds. When a buyer is refunded by Amazon on a CSBA order and there is a problem with the return, the seller can file a SAFE-T claim to request compensation, for example: if the buyer returns an item not in its original condition, the seller can file a SAFE-T claim, Amazon will evaluate the claim and Amazon will refund the seller in accordance with the Amazon Customer Service Refund Policy.
