On September 30, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)'s new Patent Public Search Tool (PPUBS) will replace four legacy tools - Public Examiner Automated Search Tool (PubEAST), Public Web-based Examiner Search Tool (PubWEST) , Patent Full Text and Image Database (PatFT) and Patent Application Full Text and Image Database (AppFT).

The application's new, powerful and flexible features will improve the entire patent search process.

Inspection process:

 

1. Open the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO): https://www.uspto.gov/, click "Search for patents" under the "Patents" menu:
