About Trademark Search:
BEST BETTER GOOD NICE and more....
Any mark that compliments and describes the alleged value of a product [or service] is considered descriptive", because "a mark of praise or exaggeration is regarded as a condensed form that describes the character or quality of the commodity"
E.g:
1. Selling coffee = logo: nicestaste is delicious, fragrant, healthy, made from coffee beans.... are all considered descriptive trademarks
2. Selling clothes = logo: good-looking, slim fit, cotton, strong design...all considered descriptive
3. Selling jewelry = LOGO: silver, masonry, real, 999 thousand pure gold...all considered descriptive
Such a trademark has a high probability of being rejected. If you really want to apply for it, you can only register it according to the sub-book. Similar to the R mark, it can also prevent others from registering, but the only thing that cannot be filed on Amazon. ( The sub-book is a trademark application without distinctiveness, and the main book has a distinctive and unique trademark )
When you accept the bid, you can translate it on GOOGLE first, check if there is a similar adjective meaning, and then see if the adjective is related to the product attributes. If so, it is a descriptive trademark.
